Welcome to Zechu Labs LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of zechulabs.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or place any orders.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

To purchase products from Zechu Labs, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
  • Be a qualified researcher, scientist, licensed professional, or affiliated with a legitimate research institution
  • Reside within the United States (we do not ship internationally)
  • Not be barred from purchasing under any applicable law, regulation, or prior agreement with Zechu Labs

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.

  1. RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products sold by Zechu Labs are strictly for laboratory and research purposes only. They are NOT for human or animal consumption. You agree to use products solely in compliance with this restriction and all applicable laws.

  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account
  • Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or that we suspect involves fraudulent or unlawful activity.

  1. ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion
  • Limit the quantity of products purchased per customer
  • Correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed
  • Verify your identity, age, or eligibility before fulfilling an order

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. An order is only considered accepted when payment has been processed and the product has been shipped.

  1. PAYMENT

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you authorize Zechu Labs to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

You agree that you are the authorized user of the payment method used and that all information provided is accurate.

  1. SHIPPING

Zechu Labs ships within the United States only. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary based on location and order size.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $150. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee.

Once an order has been shipped, Zechu Labs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once marked as delivered
  • Address errors entered at checkout
  • Refused or undeliverable shipments

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You agree NOT to:

  • Purchase products with the intent to use them for human or animal consumption
  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer products to any party that may use them outside of laboratory research
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Site
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract content from the Site
  • Engage in any activity that could harm Zechu Labs, its customers, or third parties

Violation of any prohibited use may result in immediate termination of your account, refusal of future orders, and legal action.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on zechulabs.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, and design — is the property of Zechu Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site without prior written permission from Zechu Labs.

  1. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Certificate of Analysis (COA) links from Janoshik Analytical. Zechu Labs is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

  1. DISCLAIMERS

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of information.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zechu Labs LLC, its members, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Site
  • Any product purchased from Zechu Labs
  • Any failure to comply with these Terms
  • Loss of data, profits, or business interruption

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zechu Labs LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your purchase or use of any product
  • Your violation of these Terms or any other Zechu Labs policy
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Any harm caused to third parties as a result of your actions
  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any product purchased from Zechu Labs shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

  1. CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback for any reason not covered by our Refund & Returns Policy constitutes a violation of these Terms. Zechu Labs reserves the right to:

  • Dispute all illegitimate chargebacks with supporting documentation
  • Permanently ban any account that initiates a fraudulent chargeback
  • Pursue legal action to recover lost funds, chargeback fees, and associated costs

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at support@zechulabs.com before initiating any payment dispute.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Zechu Labs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and Refund & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zechu Labs regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
