If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@zechulabs.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.
– Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping costs
– Refunds are issued for unopened returns, orders lost in transit, and products that fail to meet stated specifications
– Refunds are NOT issued for buyer’s remorse on opened products, products damaged due to improper storage after delivery, or orders refused at delivery
– Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and may take an additional 3-10 business days to appear on your original payment method
